I'm Posting here after one month of upgrade of my HP laptop. My colleague recommended it here. When i went for an inquiry i explained about the issues (black dot in display, keyboard not working, battery gone & laptop is very slow). Actually It's a 10 year old laptop. After diagnosing they said its worth to go for upgrading my laptop. The next day i was called. Really i didn't expect the final result, they did an awesome job. Now i love using my laptop it was way much faster than before since i upgraded to SSD and all other hardware is perfectly replaced. As a happy customer i was recommending here to my other fellow mates too. They are more keen on customer satisfaction. They are doing a great job with a more affordable price. I have always been skeptical about giving my laptop for service due to previous experience with other service providers. However, Hari's team (Yoga) was extremely good. Very transparent, cost effective and time-bound. Happy to get a reliable laptop service center near my house 😀. Update after 3 days Unfortunately the OS installation did not fix my system problem. Infact the OS image seems to be corrupted or could be an existing disk issue which was not diagnosed. I left Bangalore thinking everything is alright but now I have the following problem 1. My d and e drive is not at all available and only c drive is shown 2. I am unable to shutdown the system (it reboots ) to follow the instructions from Yoga to remove the battery and work with direct charge (not sure if this would really fix my issue but wanted to give a try). Hari, I am sorry to say that my purpose is not solved. I tried reaching out to you but "you were not available". I don't know what to do now ~ Venkat R

I came to replace my laptop speaker. Very good service. They showed what is the problem exactly n showed me what was being replaced n authenticity of the parts being replaced. Finally after showing demo of the completion then only they closed the laptop after showing me the promised parts were replaced.
